I had a total of 4 interviews with Aledade for the role consisting of a phone screen, and 1:1s with the hiring manager, a current senior analyst, and the financial performance director. The phone screen was easy, and I was scheduled to meet with the manager shortly after. The interview with the manager was a very positive experience, he seemed very passionate about the work and was interested in the skills and experience I could bring to the role. The interview actually went over time, which I thought was positive! I then proceeded to meet with the senior analyst who gave good insight into Aledade's culture and perspective about the role and was somewhat informal. The final interview with the director went well, it was more formal and intense than the previous 2 interviews. I think the process was a good one, but I'm not sure if having 4 rounds of interviews was essential. A little less than a week later I received a somewhat personalized rejection email from the recruiter. It would have been nice to get a little more details and feedback. Overall, I had a good experience and would be willing to apply for another role in the future. I wish the pay for analysts was better, I think 60K non-negotiable was a little low for the role and work.
