Reached out via an ad on craigslist. Received an email within a few weeks and scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview went well, so was offered an in person interview with a manager. Upon reporting for in person interview, manager was over 25 min late to show. I was embarrassed for him. Took me around to meet the team after interviewing one on one. Interview went well other than interviewer showing up very late. Was promised an answer within a few days, never received a call back even after multiple inquiries.

As the other candidate stated, I also had a bad experience with the interview process. It took over a month to actually hear back from Alex and Tom. We set up a time for a brief phone interview. I was then told via email that the owner would not be able to make it and we would have to re-schedule. I never heard anything back. It was a no show. Be more professional. We are all adults here, if he changed his mind about me that is fine but at least call back and say so. I won't cry about it.
