Interview
The HR personnel were very clear on what they wanted from me which was great because it meant I could prepare well.
They were very friendly and attentive, asking if I needed any further clarification then to not hesitate to get in touch.
My interviewer had a very calming voice and not intimidating as some interviews can be. She also answered any questions I had well, very knowledgeable about the company and anything I wanted to know.
Additionally, they were accommodating with start date.

It involved doing a cover letter, assignment and 2 interviews. They kept me updated on my application throughout the process. Culture is very important so the company invests more time to ensure candidates are the right fit. I had a very good experience and the team is great!

Interview
Extremely rigid and lengthy process that became far too personal and judgmental. The interviews felt like if you were to ever find the notes, they would be trying to find personal flaws. Asking questions that delve too deeply into personal experiences and challenges, yet you somewhat feel you need to use this in order to be noticed.
I also felt like I was being analyzed and judged by the COO, who wasn't even present during my interview and was on a monitor. I had to shout loudly to ensure I could be heard.

What was the biggest challenge you overcame? (Far too personal). Also other questions about books you are reading (not sure why that makes a difference), working with difficult personalities, etc. A lot of behavioral style questions that lasts about 1hr on the phone and in person. Quite simply felt like I was being judged personally on my flaws and if I matched their culture.
