Progressed fast and was organized. I had to video interview with 4 current employees which was stressful and overwhelming. They covered a lot of different aspects of the position. You must have clinical experience for this role - either dental hygienist or ortho assistant. It will be blaringly obvious if you don’t.

4 entretiens ,premier ressources humaines pour connaitre le candidat, deuxième sur les connaissances cliniques et l'expérience préalable,troisieme c'est un test de psychanalyse et de comportement sous formes de questions avec échelle de précision et le quatrieme consiste en une présentation d'un cas de figure

Question 1
A new dentist who recently joined align as a customer is very good at selling Invisalign to patients, However, because he is nervous about using the Invisalign system, he currently uses Clinical Support (at Align Technology) to discuss all of his treatment plans. Because he is keen and is submitting 2-3 cases a month, Align Technology continue to support him. However, as resources are limited, Align’s Clinical Department would like this orthodontist to be more confident in his treatment planning.
Colloquio telefonico iniziare ti riconoscimento. Ho deciso di non continuare con i colloqui quando ho saputo il range salariale e mi hanno descritto le condizioni di lavoro (smart working, giorni richiesti in ufficio etc). Sono stati molto disponibili e gentili semplicemente l’offerta non era in linea con i miei desideri
