Interview
The whole process took right around a month but the whole time they were in constant communication which I really appreciated. The first interview was with an HR recruiter, than office specific staff, followed by three separate interviews with managing directors. All were conducted virtually. I was invited to an in person lunch prior to offer to meet with team members. It was fairly clear throughout the processes with follow up from the recruiter on how people felt after each interview. Even if I did not receive an offer I would have had a very positive experience despite the length of the process.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a telephone interview, face to face interview, personality testing and a chat with their psychologist.
After 2 weeks, I had still not heard so called to be told that they were still waiting for the psychologist feedback.
I was then approached by another agency for the same role so they were obviously keeping me on hold to see if a better choice was out there.
I decided then that this was not the employer for me and informed the agency concerned.
It is disappointing that following 5 hours investment time, they did not have the decency to even say 'Thanks but No!'.
Its a shame as the role was exactly what I was looking for.
