Had an inital interview with recruiter then met the team, which appeared to go well and i was moved to the next stage. Then i was given three tests to do which were questions of a personal nature and some to do with problem solving. Once this was complete i was then passed on to the next stage which was an interview with a Psychologist. Once i got to this stage i heard nothing back and its been well over a month. I think its a real lack of respect to take a few hours of my time in this process, move me to various stages and not have the courtesy to keep me updated or let me know i wasnt successful. I even chased up with emails and got nothing back. Its bad enough this process took a few hours of my time and i couldnt get a reply, but even worse when its a phychological assesment where they work out your personality and dont have the courtesy to provide feedback yet have all this data about me. I am obviously not the ideal candidate for them and that is fine, but i thought the process showed a lack of class.
