Had an initial zoom interview with a senior member at the company, then an in person interview at a hotel with 2 people. This was quite intense with many competency questions based around their values. Then got sent an insights profile to complete, a numerical and verbal test. Got through to the assessment day which was a very long day - lovely to meet so many people of the company but unorganised with room allocation and messy. The day was 9-5 again in another hotel without expenses paid to get there. Feedback was given completely negative and mostly around the insights profile that was an automatic set of assumed characteristics based around the questionnaire filled in before the day. All other graduates being interviewed that day also stated they felt stressed and was one of the most intense/uncomfortable assessment centre's they've completed. Other's I have been to have split the day up more/organised a room in the actual office to hold the day without the interruption of other conferences or meetings going on
