The interview was two questions: 1) Are you a good paramedic? 2) When can you start? I wish I was making this up but that was literally it. The company is so hungry for employees they seemingly will hire anyone and everyone who has a state cert. Do not let Hank bully you on pay. You know what you're worth, counter-offer their initial low ball offer and they'll usually come back with something stronger.
