Five pre-recorded questions to answer via a Skype type of video and audio. The questions were straight forward and it was easy to answer. The quality of the audio, video, and entire presentation was excellent.

So far it has been a very nice experience. Currently waiting to hear back with results. I submitted my resume and at first was told to keep updating it. About a month later I recieved an email asking for me to update my information. Followed by a video interview offer. I am currently waiting to hear back.
