Phone screening with the HR assistant within a week after application submission (Oct 2016) 3. 2nd Phone screening with the hiring manager two days later, and he invited me to join them at the career night (Oct 2016) 4. Career night - had a great time, learned a lot (Oct 2016) 5. One on one interview - 40mins/interviewer. Had two interviews in a row with GM and Director. Questions were personal. (Oct 2016) 6. Half-day job shadowing - was in the office for 5 hours and spoke with more than half of the people. Had lunch with a senior consultant afterwards, it was an informal interview. After the interview, the director called and did a stress call by doubting my ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment. He was happy with my response and asked for two references. (Nov 2016) 7. They asked for one more reference - so a total of three references. (Nov 2016) 8. A week or so later, the senior consultant contacted me and asked me if I was still interested in the job and told me I would possibly be working in her team. (Nov 2016) 9. A week later, the Director contacted me via phone and asked me the same thing - still interested in the job? we are still working on the reference verification. (Nov 2016) 10. Finished verification and asked me to go in for a "discussion". (Nov 2016) 11. GM and Director "discussed" with me about my current job situation and questioned my commitment to this job and my limited understanding in this industry. They told me I wasn't a fit for the position and I should "take this application process as a lesson and learn from it". (Nov 2016)

4 rounds, all face to face interview, not very difficult mainly focus on mindset. Interviewing with 5 managers.Interview process is quick and the atmosphere is nice. However, the interview questions are similar in all four rounds.
