I submitted my resume online, and heard back from the hiring manager a few weeks later. After a phone interview, I was brought in for a day-long interview, which included both technical managers and various marketing employees. After the day of interviews, the hiring manager asked me to interview with the Sr. Director of the business unit, who met me on a weekend outside a professional setting. After the weekend interview with the business unit director, I heard nothing for a month. Eventually I received a one page, typed letter stating I was no longer being considered for the position due to lack of experience.
