Allen & Gerritsen interview questions

Applied online and heard back < 1 week, then interviews moved along over 4 weeks, (almost 5). I met with 4 people, all virtual. 1. Head of People/Talent & Ops, 2. Head of Program Mgmt, 3. Heads of two (2) departments (Creative, Media). All conversations were naturally flowing and friendly, post-interview I sent follow-up TY notes. What was surprising and made the experience negative was that I never received a rejection or offer after -- I was completely ghosted after all the interviews, even after two (2) follow-ups to check in on the status/ if there were any q's I could answer /simply if role was filled.

Moved along quickly. In total met with 5 people, all virtual. 1. Head of People 2. SVP of Business 3. Heads of three (3) departments (Project Management, Creative, Media). Friendly and conversation in manner. Rejection came in form of automated message -- A little surprising after 2.5 hours of interviews.
