Interview
I received an email in response to an online application. The office manager invited me to interview at the Dallas office. The interview was about 45 minutes long and consisted of very common behavioral questions such as "what is your biggest weakness?"

Question 1
The questions were all very easy and expected, however the manager made the interview somewhat difficult through lack of conversation or feedback. This made for an uncomfortable one-way conversation. I wasn't invited back for a follow-up, but the cold interview didn't make the job seem very appealing anyway.
