AllianceHome interview questions

In person interview that took about 30 mins. We spoke about my goals and where i would want to go with this company. I explained my goal and was hired with in 24 hours.

Two person interview very laid back. Gave type of scenarios on how you would handle things. Went over job description and it was about a 20 min interview. Overall just a basic interview. Felt like you were having a conversion more then uptight interviews i have experienced.
