Interview
4 rounds of telephonic and Video calls. Last round was a case study presentation and behavioural round. The Presentation was to be prepared in 40 mins. the last round took 2 hours but got rejected without specifying the reason. There was no mail or any kind of response. Finally had to whatsapp and calls the HR and know that I was rejected. There is no courtesy to reply. Most of the time the interviewers don't turn up for the calls and later on contacting the HR, they tell you that its a technical glitch.

Interview
Had 4 rounds of interviews. Interviewers included those 1 level below, same level, Hiring Manager and HRBP. HRBP refused to make offer until 2 months of payslip and bonuses were submitted for them to decide on compensation, even though they confirmed their budget overlaps with shared expected salary. Do not apply unless you're willing to share payslip and be comped based on your current salary, not on market range.

Case study focused on hypothetical product marketing amongst competitors. Extensive questions on manager and peer expectations, team management, and strengths and weaknesses of work skills.

Drei sehr freundliche Gespräche (1x HR, 1x Engagement Manager, 1x Partner) zu meinem Hintergrund und meiner Eignung mit vielen Infos zur Stelle und den Arbeitsbedingungen, bei denen vor allem typische Fragen wie Verhalten in schwierigen Situationen, Konfliktlösung, welche Art von Arbeitstyp man ist etc gestellt wurden sowie eine kurze Case Study.
