Applied online twice over the course of a month. Eventually received a response a few weeks later. One phone interview with HR with prospective dept. mgr listening in. Received offer for 2nd, face to face interview after completing a skills assessment.
Came in and met with dept. mgr and asst. dept. mgr. for 15-20 minute interview. Received call a week later with confirmation of employment offer.
