I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interview process was straight forward and the recruiters and managers were really helpful. Rather than just filling me into a slot they actually took the time to go through my qualifications and placed me at a position that matched with my experience. I ended up getting offered a position that paid a lot more than the one I applied for.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Dallas, TX)
Interview
No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
