Filled out a very basic questionnaire as well as a video/audio application. Brought in for a face to face interview. Was asked about how I would handle situations and what my priorities would be as an officer. Was hired, and did a basic day training in Detroit.

What would be your priorities be as a officer during a situation?
Applied online, went into the site and met the manager, who was polite and very easy to speak to. The interview wasn’t long and went smoothly. Good experience overall. Would recommend the company.
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
