Allstate Identity Protection Customer Service Representative interview questions

Overall the interview process took 2 weeks. Very positive experience no complaints! Everyone one I interviewed with made me feel welcome and relaxed. I truly enjoyed the experience. I was given an offer with amazing feedback.

applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter. Phone screen. Told i was moving to next step. A couple of days later was asked to complete an exercise for the hiring manager where I had to answer 3 questions. That was over a month ago. I finally reached the recruiter who said he would have next steps for me ASAP. That was 2+ weeks ago, nothing. Reached out to Corporate and she said the recruiter would follow up, again...nothing. Very frustrating process and I hope it is not like this across the board. Yikes.
