Allstate Northern Ireland interview questions

Very focused on soft skills. Started with a group assessment where we worked individually to rank items in order of importance and then we had to discuss as a group and 'argue' for / against items and come to an agreed group ranking of items. A 2-to-1 interview followed. Also very focused on soft skills.

During the 3rd interview with the user, I was given 2 questions, the first one was a coding logical test, and the second was a data processing test, they'll ask you the reasoning behind your code and how can you improve it.
