I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ally Financial in Jul 2020
Interview
Very long interview process about 2 months in total. I felt like the company was string along interviewees.
I was advised by the interviewer that they had over 1000 applicants and they were interviewing for days nonstop. I don't know if they eventually hired anyone.
The interviewer was wearing a rumpled TShirt and was typing my responses on a video interview. Illogical!!! I don't really know how serious they are as a company (as far as hiring is concerned).
About a week later they started the say job advert again, saying that they are looking for 4 employees. Lots of wasted time with this company.

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ally Financial (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2016
Interview
I had my first and second interview right on the spot. I was told that I would receive a call to schedule training and I never heard from anyone. I tried to get in contact with their HR department and I even got ahold of the man who interviewed me, and still no response from anyone. I feel like this was a lack of professionalism on their part because, if you decided to re-send your offer at least notify me and let me know.
