I had a very poor recruitment experience at Ally. Over the span of 2 months I made it to the very last round between me and one other candidate and I did not get the role, which was fine. A month later I get a call saying that they have received another full time job offer for me in the same role. I was told I would be called back in the next 2 days about the specific details and a week goes by-nothing. I call recruiter and I get told one or two more weeks but nothing is in jeopardy. 3 weeks later I still hear nothing. Very frustrating!
