Thoughts on the start-up nature, challenges they currently have, one or two program management questions

Not many questions asked. More listening than speaking. Stated they want someone who can improve and contribute mechanical solutions to improve concepts. They are a start up so there is a lot of pressure and team noise. Didn't state they are looking for someone to contribute mechanical ideas and solutions during your first phone call, or in the job spec. Not interested at all when talking about lithium batteries.
