Was very enthused with he interviewer, they took time to explain the job process and told me what was expected. The hours and that thee would be shift bids every 3 months. Training would be 6 to 8 weeks and that you are paid the entire time while in training .

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
