Dana noticed that I had prior insurance industry experience. She flagged it, asked me if I'd be interested in going back into that industry. I almost jumped out of my chair.

Interview
Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
Una chica me refirió y luego de dos día me llamaron. La verdad al principio estaba nerciosx porque era mi primera entrevista, pero fue fácil y la chica de la entrevista fue muy buena onda.
