The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.

Interview
It was rather long and very tiresome. About 3 hours total. The HR department is just as ghetto as the staff on the production floor. The receptionist was loud she ignored me as I entered into the building. Once she found out what I was there for she got overly excited. Began rambling on about some cats of hers. It was awkward and they pretty much hire anyone.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
