Applied online, walked in and inquired about my application, & was given an interview on the spot. They asked basic interview questions and also about my employment history. Then I was offered a second interview, then offered the job. Completed typing test and onboarding on site, then went to another facility for drug testing. Started my training the following Monday.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
