First you do a phone interview with a recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in-person interview. The process took longer than it should've because of miscommunications between recruiter and the other interviewers (which was frustrating). I did not get the offer, but after being stood up for two interviews, I'm glad I won't be working for this company.
