they basically just have to put your application , have a high-school diploma or say that you have a high school diploma because they don't actually check pass a drug screen which means you just have to go take it because I know people who tested positive for certain drugs and if still been hired and they will hire pretty much anybody

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
