Interview
The initial interview is a walk in and you take a course on the computer to see where you’re at with your listening and typing skills. If you pass that then you meet someone from HR who will interview you personally & ask behavioral questions (scenarios) . Later during the week they’ll call you to meet the manager if you’re a good fit and from then on it’s smooth sailing. No drug test was required for me but they have the choice to test you at any time

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
