Interview
I filled out the online application & assessment , was called about 4 hours later. The lady on the phone said that I scored very high on the assessment & that she wanted me to come in for an interview that day. I went in for the interview & the person who was scheduled to do my interview wasn't there. They then told me that a different manager was going to conduct my interview. I was placed in a room with a few computers & the lady came in & asked me a few questions (the average interview questions). She said I would be a perfect fit for the job , explained the trainig schedule & everything. She said that I would be called to come in for my second interview (which would be a group interview) and I left. Weeks passed by & no call was received :(

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
