Interview was SO long and so disorganized, there was about 10 others there. I was texted by a recruiter to interview on a certain time and day so I assumed it would be just me, boy was I wrong.
The first process is just a typing test it’s super easy, and others failed and were able to redo it.
Next you have a one on one interview with three standard questions.
Next you get hired, if you passed which imo anyone with a pulse passes.
I was given a drug test but others weren’t so idk what that was all about but yeah, go for this job as an “in between jobs” situation just to make some $.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
