Interview
It took about 15-30 minutes. There are two rounds of interviews. The initial interview is mainly asking you about your background history. The second interview is the start of your onboarding process.
It’s good. Probably depends, because back in my time it was just okay, you know, go with the flow, normal conversations. All in all, it was fine – I could keep up even though I'm not that good at English.
Great attitude and professional interview. Questions were tailored to find the best suitable campaign based on my skills and personality. Interview led to an offering of a job where all benefits, salary info and job responsibilities were thoroughly described.
