Interview
You have to take a Grammer test first after that you have to take a navigation test on the company and find answers to the questions they ask you. You last step will be reading a script over the phone to the receptionist. After all the test is complete you then do your interview with two different people. They provide you with a paper to take your drug screening and you have the job.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
