Super easy, basically all you do is answer over 100 hundred questions, sign agreements online, read company policies, then the "interviewer" call you to go into her office, and tells you that you have been selected and blah blah blah. I don't have anything positive to write about the interview process.
They just hire anyone, thats why that place is full of ghetto unprofessional people.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
