It was a virtual reunion using Microsoft teams, They asked you about situations that can happen in the workplace and how would you react to them, also (if u state that you havent work anywhere before) they will ask about day to day situations so they can test your resolving issues skill.

Fue por medio de llamada telefónica. Me hicieron 5 preguntas, las respondí adecuadamente podría decirse que preguntas promedio pero siempre tratándose de la empresa, No te preguntan cosas personales o algo por el estilo.
Te hacen unos exámenes y después una entrevista con el cliente de la campaña a la que puedes trabajar. Te preguntan tu disponibilidad de horario y tu nivel de inglés. Además de un examen medico ahí mismo.

The interview process is very simple through a phone call previously scheduled, you answer a couple questions to check your english level is appropriate for the job. Then some follow up calls.
