I have given the interview twice for Alorica, the first time it lasted for only 15 minutes, and 2nd time for more than 35 mins. I don't know what is going wrong, They don't give feedback when you even have a good interaction as well and you don't get selected. They should let us least know which parameters we were not selected. Not happy with the way they deal.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
