Interview
The interview process was easy and straightforward, which I like. It's a relief compared to some other multi-step hiring employers.
The interviewer came across as very easy going and verbalized that they'd place me on a recommended candidate list.
Though I was being interviewed, the interviewer disclosed that there weren't training classes yet, but it could happen very quickly and that an offer letter would have to be signed within 24h, should it be offered.
The interviewer also complimented me.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
