As soon as I applied the posision, they sent me online assessments. (basic English and aptitude) After few days, they contacted me to schedule a first interview . It was a normal job interview asked me basic questions like the reason I applied , my background and work history. After 2-3 weeks, they contacted me again for a second interview. It was more of a presentation than an interview; I did market research on the CBD and summarize my findings in a PowerPoint. They contacted me within 1 week after the second interview that they would like to offer me a position .
