I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alsco Uniforms (Salt Lake City, UT) in Nov 2014
Interview
I felt my interviewer was very thorough getting my background and what I had to offer the company. After I passed the first round I had a 1 on 1 with the GM who again asked generic, but thorough questions. They left plenty of time for me to asks questions and together came to a conclusion that this position was a great fit for my skills and he assured me that Alsco was an excellent company to work for and there will be plenty of growth potential.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alsco Uniforms (Santa Rosa, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was good. I had an interview with the Regional Sales Manager and then another with the General Manager. I wish the process was a little quicker. I believe it was 3-4 weeks between the initial interview and the offer letter being sent. I liked that it was thorough though, made it seem like they really wanted the best of the best.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Alsco Uniforms (Portland, OR) in Sept 2017
Interview
Multiple Interviews with Regional Sales Manager. If you are chosen as a potential candidate you must pass something called a Challey Test. Test was long and involved. Test was more of a gage of an individuals personality, ability to persevere, and potential to succeed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alsco Uniforms (Tallahassee, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
Pretty informal. The sales manager wanted to know my major accomplishments, past sales experience and sales history. He was uncomfortable asking typical canned interview questions. I think it was most important to him that I fit in with the team and company culture.
