Interview
I applied and got a call one week later. I agreed to drive over two hours for a face to face interview, the questions were basic interview questions read from a list. I answered everything for the service manager then he brought in the GM and I answered more basic questions. After returning, I sent a thank you email and didn't hear anything back for over a week. I called and was told they were going in another direction, which I took as they liked someone else better. Two weeks later I got a call and was offered the job.

Interview
The interviewer (service manager) seemed exhausted. Yawning several times, rubbing his face, checking email and even answered his phone during the interview. Very unprofessional and disengaged. Very minimal eye contact and seemed pre-occupied.
