The whole process was very quick and the recruiter was very responsive. There was a phone interview to break down the position and next steps. After, I was signed up to interview the following week. The interview was broken into three sessions. First, two fund administrators interviewed me. Next, their manager met with me. Lastly, I spoke with the recruiter to flesh out my preferences and give feedback on the interview process (they are a growing company). The overall interviews were slotted for an hour each but it was hard to last the entire time. I was asked about my background, which took fifteen minutes. I then spent the rest of the time asking questions since the interviewers did not really have a format they were suppose to follow (they were coming up with questions on the spot but couldn't think of much).
