I have received and automatic email saying that I'd be contacted by a recruiter for the first step of the interview process - phone interview. Two months later already and no one has contacted me yet. I've also sent an email asking when to do expect to be contacted and no one never answered me. This is significantly unprofessional in my opinion and misleading.
