Alterra Mountain Company interview questions

Very easy interview over Microsoft teams. Mainly asked personality and outdoor experience related questions. The interviewers were very interested in ski experience and overall extroverted attitude. Very laid back but effective management team.

There were three interviews at the manager, team, and director level. All asked separate question sets, mostly technical around integrations, detail work, and documentation but also cultural fit around schedule, teamwork, and communication.
