We appreciate the time you have taken to write a detailed review regarding our interview process. We apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Here at Zynex Medical, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and we use these reviews and experiences to better our recruiting process for the future. We are impressed with your attention to detail, but we would like to acknowledge that in our first email to our applicants, not only do we invite them to schedule their pre-interview session, we also inform them to print a copy of their resume to bring with them. As a courtesy and out of respect for your time, we reached out to you regarding our interview cancellation as soon as we could. Unfortunately, yes, we notified you less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, but we wanted to be as considerate as possible, given the time constraint.
