Alto-Shaam interview questions

My interview process with Alto-Shaam was quite lengthy and tedious, involving a total of 8 interviews. I was asked to travel to their head office, which they kindly covered the air ticket for. However, lodging, transportation, and food expenses were out of my pocket, which felt unnecessary since the interview could have been conducted via video call. Overall, the entire process seemed somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization to make it more efficient and considerate of candidates' time and resources.

Panel interview with various members asking questions about previous job experience. They also asked about hobbies outside of work to gauge mechanical aptitude. We discussed the position and details of day to day operations.
