Interview from recruiter outreach. Current MBB and ex-aerospace Straightforward process with manual interview scheduling back and forth.
- 1R with junior person, more motivation. Easy
- 2R with Engagement manager, fit and aviation case. Easy
- Excel test - difficult to complete all in the time, but manageable. Passed
- Case study. Easy. Presented to c.10 people virtually
- was not offered a position after the case (a bit of a shock given my background and caliber of people met)

Got contacted for first interview 1 month after applying and taking the aptitude test. There was no recruiter, the communication was managed by another Associate, who also did the first interview. The second interview was a case interview with a consultant. Then they sent a 35 page case and asked me to submit a presentation in 3 days. And then they abandoned me. No feedback, nothing.
