The process started at the end of May. I went through four different interviews, ranging from an initial call with the recruiter to a conversation with the operations manager. Each one lasted about 30 minutes. My final interview was on June 20th, and I didn’t hear anything until July 29th—over a month later—when I was informed that I wasn’t selected. It’s hard to understand how a company can invest in four rounds of interviews and still decide to pass, but I guess that’s how it goes.
