Off site interview and day onsite interview. On site included 3 back to back interviews with various members of staff, lunch with team members, and a tour of their processing plant.

Interview
After submitting my application, they contacted me through a call to schedule a phone interview some days later. They called me at the scheduled time and had a conversation with me of around 30 minutes. The person interviewing was very nice and clear with the questions asked.

Prior experience, future goals and reasons to choose to apply to the position.
There were two separate 45-minute sessions with full time employees. They asked relatively basic questions, mostly about prior experiences and ability to think during certain situations. Having a previous knowledge in the industry also helps out a lot.
