I flew in on my own money to interview at the Millville, NJ location and the HR girl wouldn't even shake my hand, I was told that I was over qualified and they never interviewed me.
This HR management team are unprofessional and have no regard for their interviewees, makes you wonder the quality of product they adhere to.
Don't waste your time or money with this trash company.

are you willing to work for far less than the average PE pay
One interview with corporate recruiter, then one interview with plant management. One site visit after interviews and received verbal offer onsite. Mainly situational type questions. Both interviews were virtual, 30-60min.

The phone interview process was smooth and easy going. There was a lot of conversation regarding experience on my end. There were talks of further interviews, but no follow up from that conversation afterwards.

Interview
Introduction to HR and another engineer, opportunity to ask any questions I might have about the company or position. Then a tour, followed by group interview with the plant manager, supply chain manager, and a production manager.
